Cancellation terms
If you cancel the reservation up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund. If canceled within 7 days of travel and no show, the total amount is non-refundable.
A cancellation is only in writing. If you arrive as a guest and decide to leave early, the rest of the accommodation will not be refunded.
