Key Collection
We have recently set up an automatic code lock for access to the apartment.
Access to the house: After entering the number 16 and pressing OK, the main entrance door will automatically open with a buzzer.
Access to the apartment: The apartment is located on the 1st floor, directly on the left at the end of the stairs. From the lift exit, turn right. Now you just separate the glass door from the apartment.
The access code for the apartment will be sent to you shortly before arrival by SMS.

In the apartment you will also find a very "normal" key, with which you can open and close as usual. The apartment can be locked and unlocked by turning the knob.
Number of guests
Our apartment is suitable for 2 people, therefore no additional guests are allowed. We have no extra beds.
Tap water
Enjoy the excellent Viennese drinking water. It comes from mountain springs in the Styrian-Lower Austrian Alps and reaches the apartment directly as tap water via a 95 km long high-spring line.
Pets
For hygiene reasons, no pets are allowed in our apartments.
Disposal & Waste recycling
Residual waste, paper – waste bin in the room next to the central entrance. Plastic, metal, glass – waste bin is located on the street
Night time
Please respect the sleeping hours from 10pm to 7am, thank you.
Celebrate and organize events
We have a ban on parties and events.
Smoking
All apartments have a strict no smoking policy. If you smoke in the room, we will charge you the final cleaning fee of 50 €. On the standing balcony you will find an ashtray.
WIFI
Free wireless internet access is available in each apartment. The necessary access data can be found in the information folder.
Secure booking
The whole booking process is encrypted on our website with high security standards. Your personal data is thus protected throughout. We transfer all data with secure SSL encryption.
